Let's have some fun on Fridays...

Good morning Spark Sisters! I woke up this morning to the beautiful sun shining into my window...It feels so good to me...
i live for Sunshine...Spring in Utah can be fickle...Yesterday was cold and rainy...i repeated in my head over and over...
"April Showers bring May flowers!" Trying to stay positive! Sometimes it's all about how we look at things...Right?
I am so excited about Spark No. 3! I can't believe we are on No. 3! This week I got some great news...By May 1st we will be announcing our teaching line up...We have some amazing classes planned for this year...Like Spark No. 1 and Spark No. 2 very diverse...All types of creativity to be shared and to learn from...Spark No. 3 will be amazing...Can't wait to share!
The "girls" and I, {my amazing creative partners} thought it would be fun to use the Spark site to inspire, excite, and hopefully create a Spark community this year...We are all taking turns blogging and we will be having some amazing guest bloggers too...How fabulous was Alisa's blog post and download this week! She's adorable...LOVED it...
There is so much creativity out in our huge world...So many things to be inspired by...to Share with one another...We hope to capture as much as we can and share it here...
Fridays are one of my favorite days of the week...It's the begining of the weekend for most of us...So to celebrate Fridays we are going to be doing some type of creative give away...I am lucky enough to start...
As most of you know i love paper...LOVE it...I have a passion for making pretty paper...Collecting it, hoarding it, creating with it...
So today i am going to start the Friday give away with Paper!
I am going to give away all 3 of my CHA Winter Girls' Paperie lines away! Vintage Whimsy,
Kitch and Jubilee! {they are almost sold out} but i have a stash!
Leave us a comment...Tell us ways you are inspired...Share a link to your favorite blog or site...Spread some creative LOVE with your Spark Sisters!
Monday we will announce a random winner!
I hope you have a beautiful Easter weekend, filled with Family, Friends, and a little chocolate too!

I have always loved crafting (particularily paper crafting), but this year I wanted to get out of my 'shell'. Ya know, color outside the lines! I took my first online course, "Soul Restoration". Loved it so then I signed up for MR's recommendation, "SheART". Loving mixed media - artists inspire me. LOVE all your paper! It's hard to find 'cuz it sells out so fast!

Gorgeous papers! I'm inspired by challenges, whether from online weekend crops at places like www.dixiepieces.com and www.myscrapbooknook.com or from pub calls. Even some of my DT work can be challenging in a think outside the box kind of way.

Love your papers and such a generous giveaway.
I am inspired that winter may be over, although we've had over a foot of snow last night and this morning and summer is that much closer.
Love all the inspiration I find on the net since there is no LSS.
Easter Blessings, Margie

I must say that I just had so much inspiration in the last few days on our girls retreat. I never knew I could learn so much out of listening, talking, crying, laughing and staying all day in my pajamas. Thank you for everything. You are an I spiration to me.
I Must say I'm very excited about going to spark again. Last year I grew so much in those incredible days.
Thank you! I love you!!

I am inspired by color! I don't think there is one color I do not love. I love that designers like you bring inspiration to us from things that ate close to your hearts. The love of family and friends just makes all come full circle. Of course I love House of 3, Dear Lizzy, The Girls Paperie. Some people like to feel cloth. I love to feel paper. Teeeeheeee.

First, let me say that I am SO making those ginger carrot cupcakes! Yum :)

Where do I find inspiration? The usual--blogs, magazines, products, etc. But lately, I've been inspired by things people say. And not necessarily in a creative way inspired, but more of an inspiration in how to get things done or organize. When I'm productive and prepared, I'm much more creative.

Oh, I love the Girl's Paperie collections! I am inspired by so many things, but one place I visit everyday is Studio Calico - love both the DT galleries and the member galleries! http://studiocalico.com

Excited for Spark 3- the others were very inspiring for me- being able to create without being bogged down by finishing something right away- or by feeling I was in some sort of competition to "outdo" other attendees at events. Inspired by the rapture of my little children when they see their own albums or hug the quilts I've made them-
Love to browse through Etsy and see all the handmade items.

Now that I've been looking for it, I seem to fnd inspiration everywhere. I really would love to attend Spark. Thanks for the chance to win.

Love all three lines. What a great giveaway! I am inspired by my family. I had to move very far away from them and today, I remembered just how much they inspire me every day!

Inspiration comes from nature around us, a great fabric or color scheme, texture in a vintage piece, or just a sweet paint day with my little one. I love design blogs for great mixes of colors and texture play into the artwork and recently found Christy Tomilinson's class and LOVE the idea of stamps, stencils with my love of pastels and paints. Nice to expand the mixed media horizon!

Love this new blog- so inspiring, and your new paper lines, Margie! :) Can't wait to see who will be teaching- is there any way to be more excited about Spark- I can't imagine! One of my favorite places to find inspiration is the Country Living UK edition magazine... can be found at bookstores. It is so beautiful- you can just sit and absorb the beauty in it! Here is the web address. Unfortunately the whole mag isn't online but it's worth a trip to your local bookstore. One day I will make it to one of the fairs over there. http://www.allaboutyou.com/countryliving/

I teach school in Nevada, which means attending SPARK in person is practically impossible. It makes me sad every year, but now I am trying to fill each day with inspiration from SPARK gals. It's not the same thing-but I can't help but be inspired by "sisters" like Rhonna. :)

I know I am five months late, but this is awesome! Not looking for anything free. Just reading this entire post overlooking Lake Lanier. Went swimming today, which is so unbelievabley (not spelled rite) awesome. 86 degrees but water is chilly. Swam with one of my best friends from college.. No big deal but we are fifty-1 years old, and went to college in the 70's and 80's. Love the paper, but I think I'm just lovin' life.
